Electra Elco C&S believes in providing all of its customers with the most professional, respectful, accessible, and equitable service. In accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 1998-5758, and the regulations enacted thereunder, Electra Elco C&S continues to invest substantial resources and effort in making the necessary accessibility adaptations that will enable all people with disabilities to access its customer services in an equal, independent manner.

Accessible Customer Service
Customer Service Training – Training is provided to acquaint employees with accessibility issues, create awareness, and provide practical tools that will help them to provide accessible customer service.
Accessible Call Center – The interactive voice response (IVR) system has been made accessible, ensuring that all information is conveyed in a clear, simple manner, without background music.
